One of our holiday design specialists visits your property, surveys the space, and takes time to understand your vision, your preferred aesthetic, existing décor, and how you want the finished environment to feel. This is where your custom design begins.

Custom Design Proposal
Following the consultation, we develop a tailored design concept and detailed proposal specific to your home or business. You will see the full scope of the installation, materials, color palette, placement, and investment, before a single ornament is ordered. We refine the concept together until it is exactly right.
Your approval drives every decision.
Approval & Scheduling
Once the design is approved, we schedule your installation date and begin sourcing and preparing all décor elements. We recommend booking as early as possible, our most sought-after installation dates fill quickly each season, particularly in October and early November.

White-Glove Installation
On installation day, our professional team arrives fully prepared and works with precision and care. We install and style every element, trees, garlands, wreaths, mantel arrangements, and vignettes, with minimal disruption to your home or business. We do not leave until every detail meets our standard.
