A Statement Tree for a Spirited Space.
Star Liquor's Dallas storefront called for a design that could hold its own in a high-traffic commercial environment — bold enough to stop customers at the door, refined enough to reflect the quality of the store. We answered with a towering tree in gold, chartreuse green, and black, layered with buffalo check ribbon, sequin ornaments, and frosted botanicals that brought unexpected texture and depth to the space.
The Entrance
First Impressions, Fully Decorated.
The tree was positioned at the store entrance — the first thing every customer sees. Towering and full, it anchored the space with a commanding presence while the gold and green palette complemented the store's warm interior tones.
The Interior
Garland That Frames the Room.
Inside, a lush garland arch was installed above the doorway between sections — dressed with red berries, poinsettia blooms, and mixed greenery. It created a natural transition point that drew customers deeper into the store.
“Bold enough to stop customers at the door. Refined enough to reflect the quality of the store.”
The Floor
Scale That Commands Attention.
Photographed from the sales floor, the tree's full scale becomes clear — rising against the high industrial ceiling, flanked by refrigerated cases and brand signage. The design was intentionally oversized to match the volume of the space.
The Detail
Every Ornament, Intentional.
Up close, the layering reveals itself — sequin chartreuse spheres, faceted crystal ornaments, matte gold globes, and buffalo check ribbon woven throughout. Frosted pine branches and lavender-toned botanicals at the crown added an unexpected editorial finish.
